TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS) FOR AIFRIT LABS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services provided by AIfrit Labs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to voice bots, chatbots, and AI automation tools (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

AIfrit Labs provides AI-powered solutions for businesses, including:

  • Voice bots for customer interactions (e.g., order processing, appointment scheduling).

  • Integration with third-party platforms (e.g., POS systems via Make.com).

  • Customizable AI scripts and automation workflows.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent the business using our Services.

3.2 Account Setup

  • Provide accurate information during registration.

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

3.3 Compliance

  • Use Services lawfully and ethically.

  • Do not upload harmful content (e.g., malware, hate speech).

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

  • Services are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis and varies from $0.25/minute or via subscription plans.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4.2 Third-Party Charges

  • Costs for third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe at 2.9% + 30¢/transaction) are your responsibility.

4.3 Taxes

  • You agree to pay all applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

  • AIfrit Labs retains all rights to its software, trademarks, and content.

  • You retain ownership of data you provide (e.g., customer orders).

5.2 License

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for your business.

6. AI Behavior & Limitations

6.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

  • AI responses are generated algorithmically and may contain errors.

  • You are responsible for monitoring and correcting bot interactions.

6.2 Data Usage

  • Voice recordings and chat logs may be stored to improve AI performance.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Our Services may integrate with platforms like Vapi.ai or Make.com.

  • We are not liable for outages, errors, or policies of third-party providers.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 “As Is” Basis

  • Services are provided without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8.2 Liability Limitation

  • AIfrit Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of this TOS.

  • Upon termination, unpaid fees become immediately due.

10. Governing Law

  • This TOS is governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Disputes will be resolved in Boston courts.

11. Modifications

  • We may update this TOS at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
